"Hold the Mayo" Cole Slaw from Home Sweet Jones:Dressing
- 1/4 c plain yogurt
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp celery seeds
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice
- 1 pinch salt, to taste
- 1/2 red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 medium carrots, shredded or spiralized
- 2 tbs red onion, thinly sliced
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced, lengthwise
- 1/4 c cilantro, chopped
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Add the cabbage, carrots, and onions and stir until evenly coated.
- Let sit 4 hours or overnight.
